About this release
Razor-N-Tape co-founder JKriv returns to the label’s edit series with a record that moves between disco and stripped-back house. I Feel Amor pairs a Spanish-language vocal with forceful drums and churning synthesizers. Love Dub takes a leaner approach, building around deep bass, synth accents and fragments of unaccompanied vocal. On the reverse, Cuando Bailo reshapes its source for the club, while Dance Sexy turns a cover version into a hypnotic combination of pulsing bass and clipped synth chords. The four reworks place different vocal and instrumental details at the centre of their arrangements.
