About this release
Louie Vega's Touch The Sky, featuring Tony Momrelle, receives a remix package from Masaki Morii and musclecars. Drawn from Expansions In The NYC, the song keeps its vocal warmth while the reworkings explore different parts of its house arrangement. Morii places airy drums and rising melodies around Momrelle's performance, while musclecars build a more expansive deep-house groove. Vocal mixes sit beside dub treatments, opening space around the original's melodic and rhythmic details. The four-track vinyl selection includes the Masaki Morii Remix and Dub Remix, plus the musclecars Remix and Brooklyn Dub.
