About this release
Pura Lempuyang Empat Part 1 brings five producers together around different approaches to dub and techno. Upwellings opens with smoky chords on Sphere In Dub, before Rothchord adds a firmer kick to Night & Ruins. Paul Simmons’ Burial (Natty Haffi Dread) draws more directly on seventies dub, while Another Channel’s Nah Feel Fear with Andy Pearl slows the pace into a sparse arrangement. Inner Echo closes with Ingrain, connecting warm chords and rounded drums. This first part of the fourth Pura Lempuyang collection is pressed on transparent blue 180g vinyl.
