About this release
The Sound Of Slip 'n' Slide, Vol. 1 draws from the label's catalogue of deep and soulful house, bringing together Black Rascals, Cassio Ware, Blaze and Alex & Rai. Warm vocals and steady club grooves connect the selection, with Roger Harris fronting Keeping My Mind and Sajaeda joining Cassio Ware on the Klubhead Mix of Fantasy. Blaze's Moonwalk sits alongside the Classic Vocal Mix of For The Love Of You, giving this four-track compilation a clear focus on the vocal-led side of the label's underground sound.
