About this release
JKriv and Megatronic reunite for Out Of Time, a house single built around layered percussion and Megatronic’s spoken vocal. The lyrics address disillusionment and alienation in the digital age as the arrangement gradually opens into stabbing synthesiser lines and a growling bass part. A repeated vocal chant carries the track towards its climax, keeping the message tied to the rhythm. Released through the Razor-N-Tape 45 series, this 7-inch pairs the vocal version with an instrumental on the reverse, offering two approaches to the same production across its A and B sides.
