About this release
Megatronic’s There’s Truth In Gospel returns to Razor-N-Tape Reserve with four remixes that place its guest vocals in new rhythmic settings. Karizma strips All I See back to Fawziyya Heart’s voice, supporting it with stomping drums and repeated harmonic figures. Jamie 3:26 gives In Our Soul a deep, soulful treatment, while JAMIIE takes the same song towards a more percussive, driving arrangement. Sotomayor closes with an Afro-Latin dub of Mother, featuring Chico Casidi. The package draws on the personal character of the original project while changing the space, pace and rhythmic emphasis around the songs.
