About this release
Summer Of Love collects eight tracks linked to Italian nightlife in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Issued by Maledetta Discoteca, the compilation draws on the club sounds of Rimini, Riccione and Milan, connecting Italo disco, house and Balearic influences. Talco opens with Noche Especial, followed by DJ Lelewel’s Piano Dub in a Milord remix. Luca Sorrentini reworks Ray Ridha’s Non Va Bene, while the reverse brings together Vanitas, Tonny Montana, All Trouvee and Gabriella Bove. The full selection is presented across a single vinyl LP.
