About this release
Trusted Rhythm Vol 1 introduces the label's vinyl series with five cuts spanning soulful, jazzy and percussion-led deep house. Yuu Udagawa, DFRA, Msizee Laroja and Jean-Jez provide the material, with mixes from Abacus, Masaki Morii, Laroye, Trinidadian Deep and Coflo.
Yuu Udagawa's "Spectral" opens in warm, melodic territory with an Abacus mix, followed by Masaki Morii's playful reworking of DFRA's "Give Me". Laroye brings an organic, tropical feel to "Musu'kuyenza", while Trinidadian Deep takes "Deep Trent" into more meditative territory. Coflo closes with a rhythmically bold remix of "Beats Sculpture".
