About this release
Psychemagik return with Undercover Lovers Vol. 7, pairing Amazing Grace and 2001 on a limited 12-inch. The A-side is a sunny, feel-good take on Amazing Grace, with the duo’s taste for unexpected dancefloor material firmly in place. One for the slower end of a disco set.
Turn it over for the bigger detour: 2001 runs past twelve minutes, with added drums and a full Psychemagik rearrangement pushing it into psychedelic territory. There’s time for it to get properly lost in the groove. Two very different sides, and plenty to work with for DJs who like their edits a little less obvious. Catalogue number UCL007.
