About this release
Permanent Vacation’s twentieth-anniversary series continues with five tracks from across the label’s extended family. Clint, Rhode & Brown with COEO, Alinka, Zombies In Miami and Baldo all contribute to XX EP2, bringing a broad view of the label’s club sound to one 12-inch.
Clint’s Planet Groove and the Rhode & Brown / COEO collaboration Higher take the A-side. Alinka’s Chase The Rhythm opens the flip, followed by Number One from Zombies In Miami and Baldo’s How Do You Say. A concise sampler for DJs moving between house, disco and indie dance, and a welcome snapshot of the artists keeping Permanent Vacation’s dancefloor catalogue moving.
