About this release
Ramona 55’s Touch EP revisits a 1992 UK house release, pairing three versions of its title track with Could It Be. The Button Mix gives Touch a pulsing, hypnotic shape, while the WC1 Dub opens out into swinging rhythms and piano. The High Society Mix sits between those approaches, keeping the vocal at the centre of a different club arrangement. On Could It Be, the H&S Mix turns towards a progressive feel with Juno stabs. Discrete Records’ reissue was remastered and re-cut from the original DAT recordings, bringing the complete four-track EP together on one 12-inch.
