About this release
Banda Maje return on Four Flies with Costa Sud, a vinyl LP steeped in Italian cinematic funk, Neapolitan soul, disco, Brazil-tinged rhythms and sunlit Mediterranean groove.
Across eight tracks, the band imagine a Southern Italian coastline of old film scores, beachside soul, samba-funk, jazz-funk horns and warm soundtrack colour. A rich, musical record for fans of Italian library sounds, global funk, cinematic soul and beautifully arranged modern groove music.
