About this release
Carré returns to Tempa with Citrine, a four-track EP led by “Spend It (Extended)”, her collaboration with Mercury. The extended vocal cut shares the A-side with “Sense Of Place”, followed by “Static” and “Enough” on the reverse. A producer, DJ and co-founder of Fast At Work, Carré works between the deeper end of dubstep and the rhythmic space around grime. “Spend It” places Mercury’s voice at the centre of the opening track, while the remaining pieces turn the focus back to Carré’s solo production.
