About this release
Isgwan’s Feel Free brings bright garage rhythms and vocal-led songwriting to Bad Parrot. Amber Ferraro features on Next To Me and On Your Mind, while SAV//BLNK joins On A Riddim. The originals move between relaxed swing, weightier bass and more adventurous synthesizer arrangements. This deluxe edition adds remixes from Harvey Sutherland, SKYHIGH, VYNES, Rich Ellis and Osmosis Jones, giving the songs different rhythmic and melodic settings. Sutherland’s treatment draws out the synthesizers, while Ellis takes Feel Free towards a darker low-end sound. The eleven-track programme pairs the original material with its remixes on white and purple vinyl.
