About this release
Goodbye Horses: The Many Lives Of Q Lazzarus draws together recordings made by Diane Luckey between 1985 and 1995, accompanying the documentary about her life. Released by Sacred Bones with her family’s involvement, the collection places the familiar Goodbye Horses alongside songs that show the range of her voice and musical settings. Heaven and Summertime sit next to I See Your Eyes, My Mistake and Hellfire, moving through new wave, pop and guitar-led material. This summertime green vinyl edition presents ten tracks, opening with the single edit of Goodbye Horses and closing with its New Wave Version.
