Cornell Campbell and Sonia appear back-to-back on this 12" discomix release, with two reggae versions of William DeVaughn's soul classic Be Thankful For What You Got.

Cornell Campbell's version first launched D-Roy Records' entry into the reggae scene before later appearing as an extended 12" mix, while Sonia's previously unreleased 1980 take is drawn from the D-Roy tape archive for this Backatcha issue.
