墨爾本的「挖掘者」與剪輯大師 Hysteric，帶著這張收錄四首曲目的 EP《Pleasure of Edits 08: Kitchen Appliances》，加入了 Pleasure of Love 大家庭。Hysteric 曾在 Public Possession、里斯本的 Ostra Discos、Centre Neptune，以及他自己受義大利舞曲啟發的 Mothball 唱片公司發行過作品。這次，他帶來了一張充滿冒險精神的 Pleasure of Love 12 吋唱片，每次聆聽都有新的收穫。「Chrome Plated Broiler」率先登場，名符其實地是一首充滿彈跳感的 80 年代後期新拍舞池熱曲。另一亮點是「Automatic Can Opener」，這是一首帶有後迪斯可風格、以木琴為主導的律動歌曲，其中巧妙地運用了俏皮的人聲再取樣片段，效果絕佳。Hysteric 和 Pleasure of Love 在這張宇宙風格的剪輯唱片中，可謂是天作之合。
