《Tical》是美國饒舌歌手、武當幫成員Method Man的首張錄音室專輯。該專輯於1994年11月15日由Def Jam Recordings發行。這是該團體發行首張專輯《Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)》後，武當幫推出的第一張個人專輯。與所有第一代武當幫個人專輯類似，《Tical》主要由團體成員RZA製作，他營造出了一種黑暗、陰沉和粗獷的聲音。該專輯邀請了RZA、Raekwon、Inspectah Deck以及幾位附屬成員客串獻聲，這些附屬成員後來也出現在該團體的未來專案中。2017年10月5日，Method Man在Viceland脫口秀節目《Desus & Mero》中透露，專輯的標題「Tical」是「taking into consideration all lives」（考慮到所有生命）的縮寫。
