Pigeon - Outtanational

Pigeon release Outtanational on 12" Vinyl via Memphis Industries, a psychedelic debut album rooted in Margate but built to travel far beyond the coast.

The five-piece pull together afro-disco, motorik groove, post-punk tension and punk-funk looseness, landing somewhere between William Onyeabor in outer space and early Hot Chip jamming in a 70s New York loft. It is expansive, rhythmic and searching, with the band moving beyond party-starting heat into something moodier and more immersive.
