About this release
Akio Nagase returns to [Emotional] Especial with a second EP of acid-infused world music, turning his 303 focus toward African rhythms and samples.
Acid Maasai Collecthiv weaves TB-303 lines through heavy dub bass and airy vocal fragments, while Morisyen Acid pairs Mauritian samples with simple, repetitive acid patterns. Serengeti Summer brings 808 and 303 into a hypnotic dialogue before Jua closes with a psychedelic, unifying dancefloor pulse.
