Alèmayèhu Eshèté – Alteleyeshegnem brings together two highlights from the Golden Voice of Ethiopia's work with Philophon on a remastered 7-inch vinyl release. A defining figure in Ethiopian soul since the early 1960s, Eshèté absorbed American soul influences and reshaped them with a style unmistakably his own.

Alteleyeshegnem pairs his commanding vocal with a driving beat, mystical harmonies and a powerful bassline, while Feqer Feqer Nèw captures the singer at his most soulful. Both tracks have been specially remastered for this reissue. Catalogue number PHRE01.
