About this release
Alex Puddu follows his tropical-minded work with Amazzonia, a ten-track album on Al Dente. Latin rhythms, disco, funk and dub meet in instrumentals that move between dancefloor grooves and soundtrack-like passages.
Puddu plays most of the instruments himself, joined by bassists Domenico Andria and Daniele Labbate. From Ritmo Caliente to Panama a Luci Rosse, the album continues his exploration of tropical sounds on 180g vinyl.
