About this release
Stone Records: The Complete Singles gathers the six sides issued by the Macon, Georgia label during the 1960s. Alice Rozier & Little Joe, The Flintstones and Thomas Bailey And The Flintstones Band connect Southern R&B, funk and deep soul across three seven-inch singles. The set opens with I’m Gonna Hold On To You and I Love You, followed by Ruby, Flintstones, Flintstone Shuffle and I Need You (Most Of All). Rocafort’s reissue restores the audio from original vinyl sources and includes liner notes by soul historian John Ridley, documenting the label and its artists.
Format: 3 x 7" vinyl box set; liner notes by John Ridley
