B-Edits - Downlow / Midnight

The third B-Edits release pairs 'Downlow' and 'Midnight', continuing the anonymous producer's approach to reshaping familiar sounds and less obvious discoveries. Samples are drawn together into two club-focused cuts that sit between house, disco edits and Balearic selections, with the source material serving as the starting point for something new.

Following the first two instalments in the series, BEDIT003 keeps the presentation simple: one track on each side of a twelve-inch. It is a useful pairing for DJs who move between styles, with an emphasis on groove and the connections that can be made between records.
