About this release
Błoto & Ion D join forces on Atmosfera, a 180g vinyl LP on Astigmatic Records that pushes far beyond straight jazz into a trance-like, genre-blurring soundworld.
The album draws from electro, techno, house, psychedelia, Romanian alternative music and local folklore, shaping a raw Eastern European atmosphere full of post-capitalist weight and restless energy. It is expansive, unclassifiable and deliberately uneasy, with liner notes included.
