About this release
Cee ElAssaad brings organ-led house and gospel touches to Local Talk, with remixes from Emmaculate and Marcel Vogel. The Casablanca producer opens with Set Me Free, building its energetic rhythm around prominent house-organ lines. Emmaculate keeps those keys in focus while adding a deeper, bumpier feel to the arrangement. On the reverse, Jumpin’ combines a lightly jackin’ four-to-the-floor groove with gospel preaching, before Vogel’s version moves from an extended gospel introduction into a jazzier house setting. Across the original productions and reworkings, the release links organic musical detail with direct rhythms and a clear sense of uplift.
