About this release
Cooper Saver joins Dream Space with Depths Of Reality, his first solo EP in six years. The Los Angeles-born producer draws on a background running the Far Away parties and releasing music through Hivern Discs, Permanent Vacation, Internasjonal and DFA. The title track opens with a more forceful club approach, followed by the brighter, cosmic feel of Be Alive. Glider and Running In Circles take the reverse into subtler, shimmering arrangements. Across the record, Saver balances a driving rhythm section with more open electronic textures, extending the house sound running through his solo and collaborative work.
