About this release
Andrew Eggleton and Daniel Hird return as Definite Grooves on Alive EP, bringing a polished blend of house and nu-disco to Groove Culture. The title track sets out a direct rhythmic focus before Everyday (Move My Soul) adds a warmer, soul-inflected feel around its rhythm section. On the reverse, Feel It maintains the record’s club momentum, while Don’t Do Disco closes with a playful title and a more detailed house arrangement. The duo keep the sequence connected through solid grooves and a clear production style, balancing the music’s melodic warmth with the forward movement of its beats.
