Demuir - Free (feat Oscar P mix)

Demuir brings four deep house selections to Selections, with Oscar P providing a rework of the opening track. Free combines live-sounding percussion, a bass-led groove and smooth vocal textures. Oscar P’s version gives the low end more weight while keeping the arrangement’s melodic details in view. Fate For Faith takes the reverse into a warmer, percussion-focused setting, with bongos, keyboard phrases and vocal calls. A dub version closes the EP, offering another angle on the B-side’s rhythm and atmosphere. The four-track white-label release keeps Demuir’s swinging house approach at its centre.
