DJアクマエル - ストップモーション EP

DJ Aakmael’s Stopmotion EP brings four deep house cuts to Short Attention. Things Always Happen opens with expressive keys and a reflective mood, followed by the hazier samples and blues-inflected feel of If You Believe. Free shifts the record towards a lighter jazz-funk sound, with guitar details and more animated keyboard playing. The title track closes with a firmer rhythmic bump. Across the EP, Aakmael works within a consistent house framework while changing the balance of melody, texture and rhythm. The result moves from the more inward-looking A-side to a brighter and more direct reverse.
