About this release
Egebamyasi launches McAcid with Acidas, a four-track selection of remastered acid recordings from the early 1990s. The Scottish producer, also known as Mr Egg, combines forceful drum programming with winding acid sequences and distinctive vocal parts.
Bubble and Sponge take the A-side, with the Free Range Mix of Variation and Whumpa Whumps Blare Version of Pizzacid on the reverse. The EP brings four pieces of UK acid history back to 12-inch vinyl.
