Eparapo - Truth to Power (Dele Sosimi & Afla Sackeyとのコラボ)

Bassist, composer and producer Suman Joshi leads Eparapo on this two-track Wah Wah 45s single, joined by Dele Sosimi and percussionist-vocalist Afla Sackey. ‘Truth To Power’ and ‘Coca-Colonization’ continue the group’s Afrobeat work following Take To The Streets, combining its ensemble approach with an explicitly political message. Joshi frames the release around unity, compassion, integrity and truth in response to disinformation and divisive rhetoric. The songs bring that call to action into the band’s musical setting, with both guests featured across the double A-side. Animisiewasz supplies the artwork for the seven-inch package.
