About this release
Goodness is feeo’s debut album, bringing her voice and writing into contact with drone, ambient sound, experimental electronics and improvisation. Its songs explore solitude and connection through contrasting moods, moving between close, inward passages and more unsettled textures. Caius Williams contributes guitar and trombone, Theo Guttenplan plays drums on The Hammer Strikes the Bell, and Trevor Laird reads the two Days pieces. Written, produced, performed and mixed by feeo, the album extends her practice through these collaborations while maintaining a connected arc across its eleven pieces. Noel Summerville handles the mastering and cutting for this AD 93 release.
