About this release
Inland Knights' Hollow Legs returns on Drop Music, revisiting a 2004 EP from Andy Riley and Laurence Ritchie. The duo's knack for chopped samples, jazzy details and swinging drums gives these two cuts a character that sits comfortably between deep house and tech house.
Already locks its sample work and bright stabs into a warm, shuffling groove. On the flip, Amber Gambler pieces together vocal fragments, offbeat synth touches and sharp percussion for a busier, playful ride. A 12-inch reissue with plenty of personality for the record bag.
