Louie Vega & Msaki - Mercy Of Time (180g Vinyl)

Louie Vega teams up with South African singer and songwriter Msaki for Mercy Of Time, a soulful house release on Vega Records. Msaki's writing and vocal performance sit at the centre, with music composed by Vega and Cuban pianist Axel Tosca. Manoo supplies the drums, grounding the song's rich musicianship in a steady, expressive rhythm.

The Louie Vega Mix gives the song room to unfold on the A-side, bringing voice, keys and percussion into focus. Over on the flip, the Manoo Vega Dub and Manoo's Touch Beats offer two further angles on its rhythmic foundation. Pressed on 180g vinyl, this three-track 12-inch brings together soulful songwriting and dancefloor-minded arrangements without losing the intimacy of Msaki's performance.
