About this release
Nomad brings Mad Rey's warm house production and raw electronic textures to Yoyaku. The Paris producer emerged through the D.Ko Records collective before releasing music with Red Lebanese and Ed Banger, developing a sound built around analogue groove and melodic detail. Here, that background takes a more focused club direction, with percussion and house rhythms at the centre of the release. The EP presents five tracks across two sides, connecting the producer's melodic approach with a sharper rhythmic emphasis while leaving space for the electronic textures around the groove.
