About this release
Magic Pony Productions present Las Flores del Profesor on South of North. Recorded in Tindafel, Morocco, the album brings gimbri, drums, guitars, keyboards, voices and radio transmissions into an improvised ensemble.
Each piece was captured in one take through a room microphone. Fourteen tracks preserve the loose interplay and shifting instrumental roles of the sessions.
