Okvsho - Frozen Flashes

Okvsho build Frozen Flashes from sessions in Zurich and London, beginning with musicians playing together in the same room. Brothers Christoph and Georg Kiss capture improvised rhythms, textures and passing ideas, then sample, cut and rearrange them into nine tracks. The record follows those moments when an unplanned phrase or exchange becomes the starting point for a whole song.

Azekel, Melodiesinfonie, FloFilz, Tenderlonious and Hädel join the duo across the album, extending the conversation between live performance and electronic production. From ‘Where Moments Wait’ to ‘Place Of Two’, Frozen Flashes brings those fleeting sessions into a composed album released through Current Moves. This edition is pressed on cream white vinyl.
