About this release
Peter Ranking and General Lucky's 1982 debut returns on Lantern Rec in a fully licensed, remastered edition. Produced by Phil Fraser and Michael Chin, the album pairs the British-Jamaican deejay duo with Roots Radics backing and engineering by Scientist, with most recordings made at Channel One in Jamaica.
The nine-track LP connects roots reggae and early dancehall, including Just Cool, Jah Standing Over Me and Love How They Rock.
