About this release
Phylliss Bailey’s Phylliss brings together modern soul and disco across seven songs, pairing her expressive vocals with strings, full arrangements and tightly played rhythm sections. Dance, Dance and Focus provide the more dance-oriented moments, while Feeling Of Love shows a slower side of the album. First released on Americom Records in 1978, it is presented here as an officially licensed Celestial Echo reissue. Remastered audio is accompanied by redesigned sleeve and label artwork, with the complete programme running from Dance, Dance through Gotta Keep On Trying and Stranger On My Mind to Life.
Format: Vinyl LP, remastered reissue
