About this release
Psychederek returns to Via Jupiter with The Right Side Of The Ocean, a five-track record built around guitars, percussion and hazy melodies. Danny Ward's percussion gives the music an organic pulse as it moves between Balearic pop, loose disco and new age textures.
Saint Joan opens the record, followed by the saxophone-led Aire Salado and the vocal and guitar loops of In The Sun. Central Drive lifts the pace before Everything Settles closes with an ambient reprise. Limited 12-inch vinyl with artwork by Alex Giles.
