Two Renegade Soundwave tracks return to the dancefloor with new rewires from Carl Cox and Mr.C. On The Phantom, Cox combines driving techno kicks, breakbeats and metallic percussion with the original’s industrial character. Rolling bass, chopped chants and flashes of rave synths build a tense, physical arrangement aimed at the busiest stretch of a club set.

Mr.C takes Probably A Robbery into acid territory, working clipped percussion and vocal fragments around a twisting 303 line. The mix develops through layers of machine rhythm and psychedelic detail, giving the second side a different kind of momentum.
