About this release
1988 年に Raven レーベルから最初に登場した Time Keeps Moving On は、リック クラークが 80 年代前半にブリット ファンク グループの Potion や Side On で活動した後、ソロ作品として「Love with a Stranger」(The Specials の Ghost Town のプロデューサー John Collins の Local Records レーベルからリリース) や RCA からのシングル数枚をリリースした後の初の LP です。Peter Hinds (Take Three、Atmosfear、Light of the World)
