About this release
Robot84 opens the Robot Edits series with four reworks that move between 1980s pop, hip hop, soul and disco. The EP draws on Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Public Enemy, Angie Stone and The Supremes, reshaping familiar recordings for dancefloor use.
Pleasuredome appears in Ron’s Tribute Mix alongside Fight The Power in a Jazztastic Edit. Brotha and Robot84 Vs King Supreme complete the reverse, bringing the producer’s varied taste together on a single twelve-inch.
