About this release
Pleased As Punch assembles Saison, Fresco Edits, Mainline and DiscoPlex for PAPV 004, a four-track selection moving between disco loops and deeper house. Saison’s I Can Make Good Music opens with strings and looping vocals, while Fresco Edits’ You Are The One foregrounds swinging drums and bass.
Mainline lowers the intensity with the smooth Heat Up The House. DiscoPlex closes with The Funk, a heavier cut built from substantial kicks and chopped synths. Each producer brings a distinct approach to the record’s club-focused grooves.
