About this release
Sasha and John Digweed revisit the North half of Northern Exposure for the compilation’s 30th anniversary. Redux expands the original vinyl selection, presenting eleven tracks in unmixed form across two LPs. The sequence brings together ambient atmosphere and progressive house, tracing the sound of their influential 1996 mix.
Keiichi Suzuki, The Future Sound Of London and Young American Primitive set the scene, followed by music from God Within, Rabbit In The Moon and William Orbit. Apollo 440 and Banco de Gaia complete the journey. These remastered tracks offer a way to explore the individual records behind the original mix.
