ザ・モーメンツ / ザ・リムショットス - ジャスト・ハヴィング・ユア・ラブ / ドゥー・ホワット・ユー・フィール Pt. 1

Anorax pairs two recordings from the All Platinum catalogue on this split seven-inch. The Moments’ ‘Just Having Your Love’ places the trio’s soul harmonies over a New Jersey disco arrangement, bringing a song previously associated with its album release to single format. On the reverse, the Rimshots’ ‘Do What You Feel Pt. 1’ draws on the group’s role as All Platinum’s studio band and its close connection with the Moments, who wrote and produced the track. Originally released through the Turbo imprint in 1975, the song adds a more direct funk feel to the pairing.
