About this release
TV Hill's fffFacts EP presents four stripped-back club tracks drawing on techno, acid and house. The focus is on pace, repetition and the interaction between drums and acid lines, with lean arrangements that leave the rhythmic details exposed. Released on the TV Hill imprint, the EP keeps its attention on direct, functional dancefloor material.
Faceplant and Facts Couldn't Even Explain take the A-side, followed by Favorites and Few Days Clean on the reverse. Rubadub places the record alongside Ilian Tape, Limited Network, Claude Young and Dan Bell, useful reference points for its combination of driving rhythms and economical construction.
