About this release
French-Vietnamese composer Margaux Gazur presents Over There on Music From Memory. Acoustic instruments, environmental recordings and electronics form five intimate pieces concerned with distance, family and belonging.
Small sounds retain their physical character inside fluid arrangements. Memories of home and recordings of Gazur’s sisters help shape the album’s tactile, reflective world.
