Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! Please drop Billy a message at 07921519720 with a date and time you'd like to come collect your order. The usual collection times are Mondays to Fridays, between 10am to 6pm.
Just select the local pick-up option in the checkout - 1) Warehouse - then complete payment for your order.
By choosing local-pick up, you must adhere to the terms below...
1) When you have received a pick-up ready notification, please text me on 07921519720 and confirm a date and time. I'm not always in the office, so it's important you confirm date and time before coming to collect.
2) If your order contains a mixture of pre-order and in stock items, you have to WAIT FOR ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER TO BECOME AVAILABLE before you can collect your order.
Please have your order number and name ready when collecting your order.
